FYI: These were taken at Germany, so only two types of animals could create those webbings. The first type are some spiders, of which the offspring emerges and disperses via ballooning (floating through the air on a line of silk). The second one are some larvae of a moth species. I checked the webbings and found the moth larvae. The habitat would be atypical for relevant spider species.
