What you can do right now is the following
1. Your picture has too much going on in it. Notice how everything is in focus. This is because it's on a phone so you can't blur out backgrounds. So try not too have a composition with too much detail.
2. Shoot in RAW and learn to edit your photos. In this case I would at least try to darken the foreground to help bring more attention to the yellow machine in the middle.
3. Since everything is going to be in focus when you're shooting from normal distances try to get closer to things to highlight the subject you want to bring attention to.
I don't like telling people to spend money on cameras but in the case of phones it helps a lot.
