I think I've figured it out now, by setting exposure override ON, my set shutter value of 1/49.08, 176° Tv6.3 appears to be holding. I still have no idea what the hell shutter range, FPS timer A&B, main clock, actual FPS, rolling shutter, FPS ramping, or the different optimized settings mean (low light, exact FPS, low jello, hi jello).
