Does anyone have tips are techniques for macro images similar to pic related? I know focus stacking is commonly used but I also see some people who claim the images (in nearly the same quality) are single shot, hand held. Or are the just spamming the shutter and choosing 1 of 100 images to use? Also the colour reproduction on them, I find a lot tend to have unrealistic vibrancy to them but images like they where it looks relatively believable. I imagine a good flash setup is a huge factor as well.
