The ground looks almost blown out but not quite. The ceiling is a giant softbox I guess but digital would still look flat. I don't know how exactly I could edit digital to look like that. I also know that this picture was taken by an experienced art photographer but I see that look in images taken by amateurs who didn't do any big editing too.
