The images you're looking at are test charts which will alias with high frequency data.
All these "AI" "generated artifacts" "problem areas" are a direct result of the copium that is demosaicing a bayer sensor.

we have micro four thirds cameras at 25MP and even they alias like hell with budget lenses despite and their photosite counts are way more dense, being more similar to 100MP fullframe.
