I use my Olympus 25mm at least 70% of the time and would recommend it in your price range. I've used the Panasonic 20mm and liked it for its sharpness, but I'm not drawn to the focal length and its focus is pretty slow and often inaccurate in low light. You also kind of fucked up not buying a camera with IBIS, which severely limits your options in low light... better luck next time!
