Issues: This camera has just been beat to shit by me over the years. I've taken it on every big mountaineering and rock climbing trip and all that wear/tear just has it missing shots about 1/3rd of the time. Lots of mirror shake even if I'm shooting high shutter + high ISO, etc. Had it for 6.5 years, shot it to death, love it, but tired of the bulk and issues with the sensor + mirror.
Right now I'm looking at a mirrorless. The gearfag in me wants an A7RIV, but I think that's way too much camera + sensor for me. I think editing 61 MP images would become a pain in the ass. The A7R III seems like a natural choice but I feel like the A7IV will eclipse it when it's out (or cause existing prices to crater, which would also be good.) I'm down with buying a lightly used camera. But it also seems like a terrible time to upgrade right now since I'm not really traveling or going /out/, so I'm just sitting here waiting with a camera that mostly shoots decent but occasionally drops photos when I really wish it wouldn't.
