On a film point and shoot, about 70% are keepers. It's a good cameras to take to parties, and the keepers all tend to be about how fun that night was. The built-in flash means i don't have to care about the light. Also, having half a finished roll is a surprisingly strong incentive to get out and see my friends more.
Film slr, maybe 20%. It feels so good to use, that I'll take pictures when I don't need to. Also, it's tempting to be artsy, and what looks artistic at the time can often just not work. I don't take as many photos when I'm using an slr overall.
Digital, maybe 5%. It's so easy to take pictures with it that I just do it all the time. AUTO-ISO means I don't have to worry about the light as much as I would with an slr, and I don't have to blind the room like with a point and shoot. I can also experiment more artistically.
