>>3705756>>3705748With 12800, you’re shootist it because you have to. In the case of the X1D you might be using a f/4 or f/3.5 lens, on the Sony you may be using f/2. Though if you’re using the 50 equivalent you can use an f/1.9, but then you can use an f/1.4 lens on the Sony.
So based on exposure we can get 1-2 stops advantage, so really you should be comparing it to maybe 3200.
Then the Sony has IBIS, and it should not have an issue of getting an extra 2 stops of stabilisation, realistically it’s more, but let’s use 2.
In practical terms, the Sony can have a 4 stop or more advantage in exposure than the X1D, as unfortunately the X1D doesn’t have IBIS
