I take a lot of awful street photos and a lot of shit photos of people in public but I do it because it's fun. If I see an argument or a fight I'm more than happy to take a few pictures.
At the end of the day you'll get a couple of people who don't like it and start shit but usually it's filled with empty threats. These two threatened to "fuck me up" but just walked away in the end. I look at it as taking a photo of something interesting in a public place. What if you don't want your photo taken? Be less interesting.
