I was taking a casual birthday, but at the last moment, they asked for 2 cameras so i could leave one camera recording their nephews' smooth jazz band while i took some family pics the the other one. Later did i realize the camera recording video didn't have much storage space left in it, so i switched the SD card from the camera i was taking pictures with and therefore managed to cover the event no problem.
The issue is that when i returned home to download the movies and videos, only half of what i took appeared in the SD card. To make things weirder, some of the last pictures i took were tagged DSC_0001 and the like, while some of the earliest were tagged DSC_0049 and the like, which leads me to think the camera started having naming issues.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a solution? Because when i took the pics i could clearly see them in-camera while i took them, so i'm sure they were recorded at some point.
