Like taking snapshits of your kids? Ok buddy
Anyway, the A7R2 is a beast of a camera- It's fairly compact for what you're getting, a real performer, and in general a fantastic camera that builds on an already fantastic base.
My only complaint is the lack of good native lenses that aren't overpriced. While extremely good quality, I can't stomach those prices for those lenses. (EF to FE adaptors work quite well, but they're still iffy when it comes to AF and what not. This has been somewhat fixed in the R2, but it still doesn't compare to using native glass)
My A7 has made photography fun for me. I can crank up the ISO, and shoot street at night without fear of bad grain. Plus, it's pretty quiet. I can use all my old Canon lenses, and the native glass (what little there is) is exceptional.
While it's no Canon 5D, it's a damn good camera. Anyone who can't see this is too dense or has too high of an ego to concede to popular opinion.
