second one is boring picture of a random dude with an interesting jacket.
ask yourself why you took these images. what was the point?
you have an excellent camera but you've underexposed by a lot. don't be afraid to bump your ISO up to 400 or even 800 when shooting street photography. the extra shutter speed and aperture helps immensely.
try to compose better. look at street photos until your eyes bleed and you can instinctively know what will make a good picture.
you don't always have to get closer and get in peoples faces, but you should be mindful of the most important element of photography: light
