The weird crazy-color thing in the background is a distraction, and the table doesn't add anything. The window is great because it gives you leading lines guiding the viewer straight to the model's eyes, so keep that, and keep the model herself, and chuck everything else out the door.
I'd have gone with a crop more like this. Probably with a slight rotate so the window frame was straight, but I'm too lazy to import this into a real photo editing program so this is just a crop in Apple Preview.
