I found a Beseler like pic related at a Goodwill with various lenses, a couple of boxes of paper, and some other useful stuff all for like $75 because they had no idea what the hell they were selling. Not bad considering just the enlarger would go for at least a few hundred on ebay plus it would cost a bunch to ship something that big and heavy. You'll also probably need supplies from home depot or something, hope you're DIY inclined because you'll want to get some nice counter space set up and one of those deep stainless utility sinks and you'll have to make your room light-tight.
