One problem I find with Sigma lens I mentioned is that darktable cant recognize the model. It incorrectly thinks it's Macro II model (II sadly refused to "talk" with my D5300 camera and AF was not working so I had to pick Macro I instead). I can manually select Macro II from the list for lens correction function but I have to repeat that for each photo. Is there quicker option?
Also, since its max 200mm, do I really have to keep it 1/400 s for stage photos at full zoom? Im afraid I wont be able to. Or 1/200 would be enough?
