There is this ancient 90s music video of a band calles A-Ha. This one

But what exactly is the specific technique of mobile camera here? How did they move the camera the way they did, without th help of, say, a free flying drone or something. I mean the camera seems to fly up to 10 meters over the ground in some scenes. And is also able to move just centimeters over the ground (in the same scenes).
