>>3521240t here are too many variables depending on desired quality of the lenses you want. for high quality glass you can spend $1000 on a single lense. i would buy a used a6500, spare batteries and a used zeiss sonnar t* e 24mm f/1.8 as a workhorse lens. maybe pick up a cheaper zoom lens when the opportunity arises. that should land you squarely in the $1200 range and give you a camera that can last you for quite some time.
