Again, I don't know what OP was after with this thread, but I assume it was first and foremost to share photographers we think is great, to inspire each other and broaden our tastes.
Apologies to OP if I misunderstood and he actually wanted to make a ranked list.
May I suggest to you to spend a few extra seconds reading through posts before angrily replying to them? Maybe even employ the principle of charity in reading them when you do.
In line with my interpretation of the thread's intent, I will mention Chinese photographer Ren Hang. I may not think he's the greatest photographer to have ever existed, but his aesthethic is inspirational to me, and I greatly enjoy his work.
