I could probably clean it myself, but that is so difficult to do to the level required to even be an improvement with optics like this. The glass in the tamrons isnt stupid-thick like the russian lenses either (which I *have* taken apart and cleaned), so that, and the additional mechanical complexity of the adaptall mount makes it risky.
