What is more important to technical quality of images in general purpose travel shooting, sharpness or color?

I'm trying to decide between a Ricoh GR2 and Fuji X70, and am torn between color or sharpness. Color can be manipulated in post, but not to the same degree xtrans renders. Shits tough. I've shot with both cameras and it's really nagging me.

Anyone got both that could enlighten a nigga?
