>>3427882Its mostly contrast rather than the light. Light is 70w bare bulb on a stand, just to camera left and about a foot higher, bulb was probably about 18 inches from the face. Normally Id use barndoors or a honeycomb to keep it only on the face but this was unmodified and lit up her chest below the thick chin shadow, so that was a big thick swipe of black with a paint brush to hide that. The shadows framing the face are real, but the corners and about an inch of the top and bottom are photoshop.
I dont have any of the workflow saved but if you brighten the shit out of the jpeg you can easily see where its been painted around the hairline and below the collarbones. (It was a quick lazy job in my defense). I could have probably got away with not doing the hairline as it wasnt far away from crushed anyway, but the chest was slightly visible from collarbones down and was distracting.
