I've been taking pictures of my dog and found the sweet spot to be around 33-35mm, but at f/4 the backgrounds are too busy.
What of the following would you recommend?
>Fujinon XF 35mm f/1.4 R
>Fujinon XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR
>Viltrox AF 33mm f/1.4 STM ED IF
I'd also like it to do double duty as a videoconferencing lens to blur the background without using the lens blur simulation in Zoom which just looks ridiculous. For this the snappier and quieter autofocusing on the two newer lenses would be a pro.
Native lenses are probably more reliable and have better IQ, and the WR of the 33mm is nice to have, though this is probably not a lens I will use much in the field. Also I'm not sure if I can justify dropping the money on the native glass, since none of this is going to earn me any money. Though maybe looking sharp and professional in meetings while everyone else broadcasting pictures of their foreheads may mean something for my career, not that the native lens is necessary for that after Zoom compresses the video to hell.
