I will not have a fabricator use that photo of me next to a false article misrepresenting a mere character accompanied by my image. There is a lot of harm a stranger can do with your photo. Because you don't know them and can't stop them, they and everyone that gets that photo later CAN AND WILL make your life worse.
If you take a photo of me, I am larger and stronger than you, and you will be giving up your camera and that image at least, or if film, the whole damn roll. Get fucked. Candid street photography isn't a creative pursuit. You're a walking CCTV camera without a single damn line of legal liability. Ask permission or lose your privilege.
