You can get far superior performance from a modest camera setup. I don't see how cell phone camera performance is important to people.
They are getting much better but they are still mediocre, even at the top tier level, and you shouldn't choose a phone based on its camera you're better off just buying a phone and a separate camera system.
You're not going to get results that rival a dedicated setup, but regardless of what you choose you'll get decent shit for instagram or whatever
