i gotta 50r which i most likely will sell for a film camera. it's just as slow and big as an analog mf camera i think, but more expensive and doesn't look nearly as good

fair enough. as you can see in the exif, that one was shot at f4 (that is possibly the softest real lens i've used on x mount too). i don't think you really need to go wider than f2 personally, especially if you can get ibis. sure the 1.4s and 1.2s will be nice for night time, but you're usually going to be looking at an increase in size and/or decrease in sharpness in return

i'd try a ff z or sony with a megafast prime on it to get that look before scooping a gfx desu. you end up with a more convenient and flexible platform
