lol Yeah, light is a huge issue for bellows fully extended. I invested in a ring light. It does well for all the indoor stuff, but as a fill light outside it can be a bit lax when there's pretty harsh sunlight.
1/160 is cutting it pretty close if you are using it handheld and moving subjects. On a tripod I find it is best to couple my bellows with a 4-way rail for fine adjustment focusing. With moving stuff, I let it swing a bit free on the tripod and use it a bit like a handheld so I can keep the the insect in frame and focus. Still, I have to use burst most times since the DOF is so damn thin.
I like the 6 aperture blade bokeh in those.
>screw windYou should trying getting these things. They drove me crazy, because they are so fast they blur like mad. And, I was trying to get them in what looks like near dark under a canopy or trees.
