There's a reason why you've kept changing your style every 4 years, and it's not because you think one style is good and worth trying, it's because you (subconsciously) recognize that your past stuff is inadequate. If you ever gain the capacity for self-reflection, you'll be able to move forward by intentionally and deliberately moving away from what you don't shoot well (what ends up as shit) instead of vaguely trying to ""pursue"" some ephemeral target when you don't even know what that would that target should look like.
When I told you to "be honest with yourself" that also means recognizing that you've wasted your last 4 years. If you don't recognize and believe that it was wasted, then you'll only continue to shoot that way (because if you don't see it as a waste, why change?). So when someone calls you out on peddling shit you should do some reflection on whether the customer might be right-- especially since you stated in the OP you wanted to be professional.
You posted on /p/ asking for help, and /p/ giving you a wake-up-call slap in the face is the most valuable help we can give you. Whether or not you take it is up to you.
