I didn't know there was a SQT for /p/ so I'll post here instead of /g/.
Is there any reason not to use my older "Ultra" 64gb microsd with my new gopro or just keep using the "Extreme" 32gb that came with the camera? I bought the older card to work with my hero3+ a few years ago and I know the overall capacity (they've got bigger ones now right?) of sd cards has increased since then but when I got the first card I was pretty sure I was being memed that it had to be a "faster" sdcard to work with the gopro properly.
Have there been any changes to microsd from gopro3-gopro7? theres a bunch of bullshit little symbols on the new card, not sure if you can see in the pic.
As a side, I have a gsync monitor, and I've tried a few videos @120fps on the gopro, but I'm pretty sure windows media player won't support the added fps. Will VLC work? is there a player I can download that'll work with the codec for 1080@120fps? I use the gopro for practicing watersports, smoother vids would be nice.
