>>3788496At the end of the day it really comes down to "I just like it." The whole process from start to finish brings me a great deal of enjoyment. I don't really shoot with digital but I have a feeling it would bore me, like it would be too easy to make a pretty picture. I'm not sure I can really put it any other way. I do think that negatives (especially Portra) have a unique color palette, but these days I don't even try to argue that film is "better" than digital. It's different, in more ways than just the final outcome.
