I don't plan on using it for photography, I'm just confused as to why it's like this.
The lighting isn't great, but that was just an example picture. Even in good lighting I get the coloured dots. You see them, right? Zoom in on the bottom middle of the picture or the top, they shouldn't be there.
As for noise and general image quality, I've seen other shots from this phone and they look way better than mine. I have a previous iteration in this line of models, and even that takes better pictures than this one. Something seems faulty but I don't quite understand what's happened. The noise isn't as big of an issue as the coloured dots
