So I think it's finally time for me to retire my old T6i and move onto nicer things. For a while I had been considering a A7III but after using a friend's for a couple days I don't think it's for me (Ergonomics/usability). I also have a couple of EF lenses I would like to keep using.
I'm thinking about sticking with a Canon DSLR until a nicer EOS R comes out and just buying a used 5D in the mean time. Any thoughts on picking up a used 5DIII for around $1K? I'm mostly a still shooter and I'm primarily looking for an upgrade in AF/focusing speed, dynamic range, and low-light performance.
