I'd verify that, but if that's true, then it might be worth risking it? although it seems like a matter of time before it fails, which kind of stinks. and you'd probably want to sell it and get a new X-Pro4 if one came out. also prices have kind of stayed constant, which is unfortunate; they haven't really gotten more affordable, despite their age.
