Have since acquired A11 flash from eBay.
Cleaning the outside glass of the rangefinder patch and viewfinder and drawing a purple dot on the viewfinder has provided enough contrast for the amber patch. Will put the first roll through it tomorrow morning.
I replaced the light seals myself in the way that some old camera store wizard advised, the felt i used was very thin but still it feels as though any more pressure would not be good for the hinges, i haven't placed any felt on the body side where the hinge is, should this be an issue?
