But I use it less than expected because I prefer to keep an Arca compatible L-bracket on the camera. Which actually can be combined with the screw mount or an Arca QR plate holder on the trap, but I didn't terribly like how the camera balances against the strap / bounces that hard bracket against me then. And the QR plate holder I had spare additionally didn't have a great size - the knob kinda got in the way.
Figures for my use a full chest mount harness would be better. Might try one of them these days when I get entirely too tired of the shoulder strap. For now, I just use it when needed [mostly with possibly crowded events, really].
