I use an E-M1 II and the Z6 is probably going to be what makes me ditch M43 as a system. the size/weight and price of the Z system pretty much nullifies the main advantages I saw when I went with Oly; why would I pay the same money for an E-M1 II with a 12-100 f4 as for a Z6 w/ 24-200 f4-6.3? I don't regret cutting my teeth on m43 but when it comes to upgrades you hit the ceiling of diminishing returns much faster on a smaller sensor than a larger one. I feel like Nikon is building better M4/3-spirit cameras than Olympus at this point; the aesthetics and features of the Z6/Z7 bodies are like a mix of ThinkPad and OM-D
