It doesn't ever come up unless you are like analyzing the RAW file itself or using it with an unsupported processor.
Picrel is were all at the same exposure settings, with no adjustments. Fuji's smack dab in the middle in terms of brightness. Sure, there could be some variance in the different lens t-stops, but again, in real world picture making, it's a not relevant at all. If it consistently made Fuji files a little darker after import, or if it did in fact change metering, I might care.
