>>4121126Just try shit out and stick with whatever works. Both of those shots were actually taken with a 21mm wideboy. Dedicated macro lenses aren't that expensive, especially the shorter ones (50mm or thereabouts). For flowers and shit you can just use extension rings but non-macro lenses aren't that hot at higher magnification levels. I've tried a Schneider enlarger lense mounted on bellows on my digishitter but it was pretty disappointing, a 3.5/55 Macro-Hexanon lense far outperformed it.
