it worked fine other than the spooling issues at the end, it was within an mm or so the whole length
the rolls ended up a little fatter than normal 120, since it's thick film
I want to design/3d print some sort of roller/slicing jig thing so I can cut a whole sheet into strips in seconds. Having it out under the safelight for like half an hour while I figured out how to cut it was probably what fogged it up (that or the fucking around trying to get it on the reel).
For daylight tank development, I'm just going to experiment with single shots on 6x9 cut sheets in HC110 until I get results I like.
I'm away from my darkroom all summer, so the project is on hold until fall, but I'm unreasonably emotionally invested in this, so one way or another I'll make it work. $1/roll is a real siren song.
