I use XTOL / Pyrocat for T-grain films (acros, delta, tmax etc) and HC-110 / Rodinal for C-grain films. (HP5, tri-x, ortho etc)

Although, I am trying to switch over to Acros 100, because I very often end up with long exposure times. Acros has no reciprocity failure up to 2 minutes! After that it's half a stop extra up to 1000 seconds.
Pic related, Acros. It is higher contrast, so therefore I will use Pyrocat-HD or XTOL 1+3 to bring it down. Pyrocat is also semi-compensating.
