i lucked out by being cursed to live in Wyoming where even in the city, light pollution is very low, so out in rural areas, the sky really does look like this
>>4287353both of the lighting situations to those photos are like i said 100% just ambient street lighting, my old town i live in has a bunch of street lights with different burning chemicals in them, so one light may be blue, another green, and another orange. Other than some heavy Lightroom/photoshop boosting to highlights and colors, it is 95% SOOC
