I see the pattern your going for with your photo, but the texture isn;t doing it for me - not as it's composed here. This could've benefited from perfect symmetry (at least straighten your photo) and having the odd meter either dead-center or somewhere according to the rule of thirds. Not sure if the actual place allowed you to frame it that way, but the fact that it's the odd colour out gets lost due to its positioning. Also, it would have helped if you didn't amputate the bottom row.
