Like the others said, it's great to have pride over your photographs. I think there's a lot you could do with this, however. Like someone in the thread suggested, have you tried taking it in colour and mixing about with the colour temperature and making it look grungy? I mainly shoot film, which means I have to choose the right stock for the job, but if you're shooting digital, it's very easy to have a bit of fun with the photo and settle for something that really speaks to you. My only problem with your photo here is really that I think black and white generally gives off an uninspired feeling. A lot of people put B&W filters over their photographs and suddenly think they're amazing photographers. Just like previous anon said, however, the angle is really nice and I really like social realism and seemingly "boring" structures, I think this fits in really well. If you want to amp it up, try shooting in this location with a subject of some kind.
