I don't know what brand to go with when upgrading my D3300. The D3300 is still very solid for my needs, and I don't see improvement for stills without without spending a ton of money. Fuji x-t(x) line is barely an improvement for stills.
I like the full frame pixel pitch and dynamic range. I am starting to realize that carrying around a big camera takes away from my photography. Feeling out of it lugging around a big camera for street photography is one thing, missing shots because you don't even have your camera bag is another. Because of this i am leaning towards a smaller camera I can carry more often, one that will fit in a pocket.
Nikon leaving the F-mount is gay bullshit. I honestly might get a nikon D7200 for a couple hundred bucks to get the weather sealing, and bracketing. and pick up a smaller pocket sized camera like the Pentax MX-1.
