It's an F21, designed to be concealed easily thanks to its compact size. When you use the device in the OP, it looks like you're recording in front of you but what you're really doing is photographing what is to your right. Designed for use at tourist places where the movie camera wouldn't catch anyone's attention. Think of it as a creepier version of Asahi Pentax's "mirror adapter" where the real camera is harder to spot.
