Like any camera, it just needs enough light. Then again, I was quite startled at how much more color dymanic my father achieved with the 5D sooc, albeit also with L lenses, but pulled from a simple sky where I only had a uniform blue.
Cam and lens still exist. Unfortunately, defective batteries allow only 3 shots. :`-)
