Ultimately, I've gone through quite a bit of kit, but I mostly do street photography and sometimes impromptu portraits. I mainly carry a 7artisans 25mm f1.8 prime. It's soft in the corners, but not terribly so. If that won't do then I keep the kit lens in my main bag. Those are the 2 that I've deemed worth carrying constantly.
This is a bit moody, but it was a cold fucking day at LGA and it felt right.
I'm amateur as fuck, but this is a fun hobby and I'm poor, so this is the best 'bang for my buck' kit I could assemble.
