I really like the overall style of his photos. Guy's name is Casey Matsumoto. Many of his photos are low-light street/architecture shots. I'm a total stranger to photography as an artistic thing, so maybe it's just standard for low-light photos to have more range in the highlights than I'm used to seeing, but his photos are what got me interested in low-light. I personally don't think I'd compress the dynamic range nearly as much as he does, but that just seems like an aesthetic choice he makes. Picrel is another one of his photos.
