>>4403263>>4403221I've been thinking about this recently. What makes these people so instantly unlikable? That Tom Carlton fuckhead recently made a video where he explains that his job is a youtuber is difficult because of how much hate he gets, a disproportionate amount when compared with other similarly popular youtubers. As far as comments go anyway. So it's obviously not just us, it's like a gut reaction to recoil when you click on a video and you're immediately slapped in the face with lo-fi, then seconds later flashbanged by the balding visage of a nu-male like 'snappiness'. Worsened further by eleven minutes and twenty-eight seconds of brainless gear hype from someone who isn't *reeeally* a great photographer but also lacks any real expertise as a gear technician. So far the problems these channels have that I've been able to articulate are:
>Obvious pandering to teenagers via shitty music and member-berries centric content>Videos seems to exist only to inflate the prices of otherwise niche electronics>Doesn't really discuss anything technical about the cameras beyond absolute surface level feature listing>Photos are either bad or just average, most likely repetitive too when view across multiple videos. Rocks an sticks are a big feature here.>Photos are shown for a second or two, an never cropped in or used in any useful way to actually let the view see the quality of the images the product produces >Overall, videos feel more like a youtube specialist is making videos about camera, rather than a camera or photography specialist is making a youtube video Any other ideas fellas?
